As our program grows and our productions have more moving parts, we find ourselves needing to be more organized with our help!
Bear with us as we figure out the best methods for organizing volunteers.

Concessions
Concession volunteers work in pairs (adult/student pairs are welcome) and receive two reserved 2nd row seats to the show for which they are volunteering.
Concession volunteers are expected to arrive 30 minutes before show time.
Concession volunteers run the concession table before the show and during intermission. They are responsible for collecting money, distributing treats, and possibly running credit cards.
Tickets
Ticket volunteers can work alone or in pairs and are asked to greet guests, let guests know when doors open if they are asked (15 minutes before show time), check names against a list, and admit guests into the theater when doors are ready to be opened.
Ticket volunteers are expected to arrive 30 minutes before show time.
Ticket volunteers will not miss the show. They may take their seat when they hear Mr. Jim begin announcements.
"Stage Mom"
"Stage Mom" supervises backstage during a show. This just means keeping kids safe, and communicating to the stage crew if there is an issue that needs our attention (like a sick child, injury, etc)
Tech/Crew
Tech, sound and crew people know who they are and what to do!

(Tech/Crew must commit to every showing for the production they are running, as well as the Thursday tech rehearsal. Coming to other show week rehearsals is strongly recommended)
